Configuring Gatekeeper Use

General Settings

Procedure

Step 1 In the Administrator settings menu select Protocols.

Step 2 Scroll to H.323.

Step 3 Select the General page.

Step 4 Set the fields as required.

Step 5 Press Save.

Settings for Gatekeeper Use

Procedure

Step 1

In the Administrator settings menu select Protocols.

Step 2 Scroll to H.323.

Step 3 Select the Gatekeeper page.

Field Name Description

Name H.323 H.323 ID. Specifies the name that the terminal uses to register

with the gatekeeper.

Number H.323 E.164. Identifies the number that the terminal uses to register

with the gatekeeper.

Refuse calls by IP address If set to Yes, the gatekeeper will discard incoming calls by IP

address. The gatekeeper will only accept incoming calls by alias.

The alias must be registered with the gatekeeper.
